Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, including all pages, content, data, features, and any successor or related sites or domains operated in connection with it (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by futureplease LLC, a California limited liability company ("futureplease," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service is informational only

The Service provides statistics, estimates, probabilities, forecasts, commentary, and entertainment content relating to sporting events. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes betting, wagering, financial, investment, or professional advice of any kind, or an inducement or solicitation to gamble. Probabilities and forecasts are estimates derived from models and third-party data; they are inherently uncertain, may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or out of date, and may change at any time without notice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make — including any wagering decisions — and you assume all risk arising from reliance on any content on the Service. If you choose to gamble, do so only where lawful, only if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, and within your means.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or older where required by the law applicable to you). The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

3. No affiliation

The Service is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national team, federation, league, club, player, broadcaster, sportsbook, data provider, or any other third party. All names, marks, and logos referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.

4. Third-party content and data

The Service displays and relies on content and data obtained from third-party sources, including scores, statistics, odds, weather data, images, and embedded media. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, its accuracy, or its availability, and we may add, change, or remove sources at any time. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at the address in Section 12 with sufficient detail to identify the content, and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by excessive automated requests, scraping at volumes that burden the Service, or circumventing rate limits or access controls; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) misrepresent the Service or its content as your own or as affiliated with you; or (d) resell or commercially redistribute the Service's content or data without our prior written consent. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service (in whole or in part, for any user or all users) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's original content — including its design, text, code, models, visualizations, and compilations — is owned by futureplease or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing screenshots and links with attribution is welcome.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content (including probabilities, odds, scores, or schedules) is accurate, complete, or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, futureplease and its member(s), managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or wagers/wagering losses, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US$50) or the amount you paid us to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless futureplease and its member(s), managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use or misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Dispute resolution; arbitration; class waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English; unless the parties agree otherwise, it shall take place in Sacramento County, California, or remotely. You and futureplease each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to the contact in Section 12 within 30 days of first using the Service. If 25 or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against us by the same or coordinated counsel, the arbitration provider's mass-arbitration, batching, or bellwether procedures shall apply. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section.

11. Governing law; changes; miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; venue for any matter not subject to arbitration lies in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date; material changes will be flagged with a notice on the Service, and changes apply prospectively from posting. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect; the unenforceable provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and futureplease regarding the Service. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, sale, or transfer.
